Looking for a sweet twist on your pumpkin pie this year? Look no further than Bobby Flay! His “Throwdown Pumpkin Pie” is pretty standard, although he uses a graham cracker crust, and…he makes a bourbon-maple whipped cream to go on it! YUM!
The whole recipe is pretty easy…canned pumpkin puree with the usual cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, etc. Then comes the whipped cream with maple syrup, vanilla beans and bourbon!
