Meet Aaliyah…this week’s ‘Pet of the Week’! Aaliyah came to CDHS from another North Dakota rescue. She is a beautiful husky mix, six months old and was recently spayed. Aaliyah is young, sweet, loves people, and likes most other dogs. Since she’s still a puppy, she would likely fit into a family with another dog. Aaliyah should have a family who would enjoy her youthful energy and would be willing to work with her on training.
Aaliyah’s adoption fee is $300, plus tax. The fee includes:
- Veterinary Exam
- Vaccinations (Distemper and Rabies)
- Spay
- Microchip

- Flea/Tick Treatment

Giving Hearts Day is on the way! You can support your favorite local charities on Feb. 10 by securely donating online at GivingHeartsDay.org. You can also pre-schedule your donations now through Feb. 8 or send a check dated Feb. 10 (make sure it arrives prior to that date!). CDHS would be so grateful if you supported the shelter pets in need.
Pizza Ranch Bake @ Home Pizzas – You can purchase Pizza Ranch frozen pizzas for $10 through Feb. 7. They will be available for pickup at CDHS from Feb. 17-19. You can also choose to purchase donated pizzas and CDHS will deliver those pizzas to three different food aid charities, including Ministry on the Margins, Dream Center, and Heaven’s Helpers Soup Café. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go into the Giving Hearts Day total!
