Comedy Central Announces Reboot of 'Ren & Stimpy'

After 25 years, 'Ren & Stimpy' will be rebooted for Comedy Central.
The show originally launched on Nickelodeon alongside 'Doug' and 'Rugrats' back in 1991, and quickly became one of the most popular animated series on the network.
the show will be re-imagined for a new generation.
“I want to thank our partners at Nick Animation as we re-imagine these iconic characters with a new creative team,” said Nina L. Diaz, President of Content and Chief Creative Officer for ViacomCBS Entertainment & Youth Group.”
Viacom also plans to bring back other 90's and early 2000's TV shows such as 'Bevis & Butt-Head', Clone High, and a 'Daria' spinoff called 'Jodie'.
We hope it lives up to its former glory--full of imagination and dark humor.
