Bismarck Police Have Graffiti Suspect in Custody

After conducting a month-long investigation, the Bismarck Police Department have a man in custody for allegedly spray-painting graffiti on numerous businesses over the last four months. Residents of Bismarck started noticing the word "CRAN" being spray painted in the downtown area, as well as railroad bridge.

(33) - Richard Hudson was taken into custody yesterday afternoon.

With the help of tipsters, it was uncovered, that the word "Cran" is a word associated with Richard Hudson.

Hudson is being charged for spray painting 6 local businesses, with damage totaling $18,000. Hudson has been taken to the Burleigh-Morton Detention Center and is being held on Criminal mischief and Criminal trespassing charges.
